Role Overview

We are looking for a

Technical Recruiter

with 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for mid-level technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical skillsets, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management, and should be able to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

for mid-level technical positions across domains such as Software Development, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, and QA.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

Source candidates using various channels — job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.

Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.

Maintain recruitment reports and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Meet defined recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

3–6 years

of experience as a

Technical Recruiter

in IT services or consulting organizations.

Proven experience in

mid-level hiring

for multiple technical skillsets.

Strong understanding of IT terminologies, tools, and emerging technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

Immediate joiners preferred.
