Dot Net Developer

Location : PAN India (Remote / Hybrid / Onsite options as per business needs)

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dot Net Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core (v6 and above), C#, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and efficient applications, with additional exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React.js or Angular.

As a Dot Net Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, ensuring best practices in performance, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core (v6+) and C#.
  • Build and optimize microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance.
  • Write and execute unit tests to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Work with SQL Server databases for application data design and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps) to deliver robust solutions.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in version control (Git).
  • Optimize application performance through benchmarking and tuning.
  • (Preferred) Contribute to front-end development using React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver effective solutions.

Must-Have Skills

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • 4+ years of experience with .NET technologies and unit testing.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core framework (v6+).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, RDBMS concepts, and database optimization.
  • Excellent understanding of OOPs concepts and software design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

    • Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience with React.js or Angular 8+ for front-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Exposure to Windows, IIS, Design Patterns.
  • Knowledge of Clever / OneRoster and LTI standards (advantage in EdTech domain).
  • Prior experience in product organizations or EdTech solutions.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration (CI / CD) pipelines.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Passionate about digital learning and software development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
