Creative Lead - Interactive Learning

We’re Hiring : Creative Lead – Interactive Learning (K–12)

At Extramarks , we’re on a mission to make learning engaging, interactive, and unforgettable . We’re looking for a creative leader who can transform academic scripts into immersive gameplay and experiences —for learners from K5 to Senior Grades .

This role demands someone who can adapt design, aesthetics, and interactivity to suit early learners (playful & intuitive) as well as senior students (immersive & subject-driven) —always driving the best learning outcomes .

What you’ll do

Lead and inspire a team of artists & designers to craft world-class interactive content across K–12

Own the end-to-end design outcome —from gameplay flow to visual aesthetics

Collaborate closely with academicians to bring subject concepts to life

Ensure designs not only meet but exceed learning expectations

Establish UX / UI, animation, and storytelling best practices tailored to different age groups

What we’re looking for

Proven expertise in UI / UX, gameplay design, and visual aesthetics for both early learners and senior students

Ability to translate academic scripts into engaging, age-appropriate interactive experiences

Proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Spine, Unity, Cocos Creator

A creative mentor who thrives on guiding teams and raising the bar

Background in EdTech / gaming / interactive media is a strong plus

Educational Background

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Design, Game Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or Digital Media (NID, MICA, Delhi College of Arts, or similar reputed institutes preferred)

Fine Arts graduates are welcome if they have substantial experience in interactive / gaming / EdTech projects and can handle STEM-heavy simulations (Maths, Physics, Chemistry)

Exceptional industry experience + strong portfolio can substitute for formal degrees
