Job Title : Oracle EBS HRMS Technical Consultant.
Location : : 5 to 6 Type : Responsibilities :
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports related to HRMS modules.
- Write and optimize PL / SQL code for complex business logic and data processing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS HRMS issues.
- Design and implement technical solutions, interfaces, and data conversions.
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, testing, and deployment activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including MD050 / MD070 and technical user guides.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform code reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HRMS operations in a remote Skills & Qualifications :
- 5- 6 years of hands-on technical experience in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Strong development experience using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and PL / SQL.
- Good understanding of Oracle HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL, and Core HR modules.
- Experience in building and customizing interfaces, conversions, and workflows.
- Familiarity with Oracle APIs and HRMS data model.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to work with stakeholders across time zones.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time Qualifications :
- Experience working in remote environments with USA-based clients.
- Exposure to Oracle R12 and understanding of HRMS-related business processes.
- Knowledge of OAF and BI Publisher is a plus.
