We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in retail banking.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the bank's products and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.

Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with CRM software and other banking systems is an advantage.
