IMPORTANT POINTERS

• Credit underwriting / appraisal with experience in reporting writing
• Knowledge and expertise in preparation of end to end credit reports (i.e. industry & peer analysis, risk rating, documentation, collateral etc.)
• Financial analysis including cash flow, working capital, leverage, EV etc.
• Knowledge about covenants (financial & non-financial), collateral
• Experience in financial projections, model forecasting
• Experience in covering US clients
