Job descriptionDrive employee engagement initiatives, events, and communication programs. Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required. Support in implementation of performance appraisal systems and goal-setting processes. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning & development initiatives. Coordinate with the finance / payroll team for monthly salary processing. Manage attendance, leave, and benefits administration. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving. Bachelor’s degree in human resources MBA / PGDM in HR (preferred). 4–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-sized or large organization.
