Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a  Promoter Coordinator  at Sunburn Union Bengaluru. The Promoter Coordinator will be responsible for managing genre-specific promoter networks, building strong relationships across nightlife communities, and ensuring consistent audience turnout for events. The role involves sharing promotional content, coordinating follow-ups for maximum effectiveness, and tracking footfall and performance metrics on an event-by-event basis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with nightlife venues, familiarity with club culture
• Understanding of music genres and nightlife trends
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in tracking event performance metrics (footfall, conversions, ROI)
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Any Bachelor’s degree
