Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Executive based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team with client communication, managing order processing, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting with customer inquiries. Additionally, the role involves preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring seamless operations to meet customer requirements efficiently. The Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in facilitating effective interactions between clients and the company, contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and build relationships
  • Experience in data management, order processing, and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Knowledge of sales processes and a proactive approach to support sales operations
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of service
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to meet dynamic business needs
  • Previous experience in sales support or a related field is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
