Role & responsibilities
- FBF operational excellence : You will monitor the performance of our FBF fulfilment centres within your region, focusing on metrics like on-time shipment rates, damage prevention, and seller returns processing. You will identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Seller issue resolution : You will proactively address seller concerns related to inbound shipments, inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment, and returns. This includes working with warehouse teams to investigate issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Relationship building : You will build strong relationships with sellers in your region, fostering a collaborative and transparent partnership. You will gather feedback and act as a champion for the seller experience within Flipkart.
- FBF Scaleup : Driving & scaling existing business of sellers via FBF by identifying the right mix of inventory and selection to be scaled as part of FBF inventory.
- Inventory Management : You will oversee the scheduling of seller shipments to our warehouses, ensuring timely receipt and proper storage of their products.
- Travel Requirements - 20% travel to connect with sellers personally to build relationships
To succeed in this role you should have the following
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service, account management, or operations role.Proven experience in building and managing strong relationships with clients or partners.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.A working knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations is a plus.Experience with e-commerce fulfilment is a plus.Skills Required
