What the Candidate Will Do

• Design, scale, code, monitor, and maintain a highly critical set of services.
• Contribute to, lead, own, and deliver complex projects or features.
• Recruit, onboard, and proactively mentor engineers.
• Serve as an escalation point for other engineers to troubleshoot and manage severe incidents in production encourage the adoption of best practices in incident management within the team.
