Role Overview : Global Visas Process Controlling Manager
As the Global Visas Processing Manager , you will oversee and optimise visa processing operations across multiple international jurisdictions. You’ll ensure that every application is handled with precision, compliance, and care — aligning with Vira’s mission to deliver seamless global mobility solutions.
This pivotal role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, process improvement initiatives, and continuous monitoring of global immigration compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end visa application processes, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Oversee compliance with all relevant immigration laws, conduct audits, and maintain quality assurance across global operations.
- Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements to drive efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with visa processing by developing and monitoring internal control frameworks.
- Support candidates throughout the visa lifecycle — from eligibility screening to final approval — ensuring a positive, transparent experience.
- Review and verify supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Maintain meticulous records for all cases, including documents, communications, and application statuses.
- Liaise with internal teams to align visa processing timelines with recruitment and onboarding schedules.
- Prepare reports and track key performance indicators for visa operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending innovations and implementing best practices.
