Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Engineer / Developer to join our team and lead technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM and integration modules , with additional exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and AI being a plus. This role requires hands-on development experience and the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and integration modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.
