Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Strategy Analyst / Business Analyst to support financial planning, data-driven decision-making, and executive reporting. This role will include financial analysis, data analytics, and preparation of management and board-level materials. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Financial Analysis

• Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of performance deviations.
• Perform margin analysis, including evaluating discounts, cost increases, and other factors impacting profitability.
• Support cash flow forecasting through analysis of revenue trends, expenses, and working capital.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial assumptions and ensure reporting accuracy.
