We are seeking a proactive HR Partner to strengthen our people practices and align them with business outcomes. This role will focus on hiring the right talent, driving performance culture, ensuring smooth employee experiences, and building engagement programs that retain and grow our people.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition with speed, precision, and strong candidate experience
- Apply deep TA expertise and automation skills to streamline hiring and reporting
- Drive performance management end-to-end from planning to reviews and feedback consolidation
- Partner with managers to build capabilities, OKRs, and developmental plans for their teams
- Own employee engagement programs that boost morale, collaboration, and recognition
- Manage smooth exits through structured conversations and data-driven insights
- Ensure all policies, transitions, and documentation are well-defined and consistently executed
- Work closely with stakeholders and leaders to translate people's needs into actionable HR strategies
What You’ll Bring
3 - 4 years of deep experience across Talent Acquisition and some experience in HR Business PartneringStrong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solvingExperience with HR systems (Zoho or equivalent) and comfort with data-driven decision-makingHigh ownership, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
