The role is for a full-time job, to create new age, engaging, out of the box video content ( and static content as well, if possible) for company’s key brands. The role requires capability of the person to be able to work independently or coordinate with external agencies to create brand content.
The job description includes planning, shooting, and editing video content to meet brand's marketing goals, while also understanding latest trends and platform specifics.
Responsibilities involve possessing technical skills in all facets of video production, proficiency in graphic designing, usage of AI to speed up & embellish the work. The job would require you to collaborate with company’s various sales & marketing teams, to take their inputs necessary for creating a meaningful content. The responsibility would also be to analyze performance of the created content, analyze its & to improve future video content accordingly.
Core Responsibilities & Necessary Skills
- Content creation : Brainstorming ideas, scripting, filming, shooting and editing video content for various platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Strategic planning : Developing content strategies, planning shoots, and managing social media calendars to align with brand goals and campaign objectives
- Performance analysis : Monitoring video performance metrics, analyzing audience response, and making data-driven adjustments to future content
- Coordination : There is a lot of work which will be given to external agencies. The work profile would also include coordination with the agencies to ensure desired output of digital content, suitable for brand. Also to coordinate with sales & marketing teams for their inputs on content creation. It would be of utmost importance to ensure brand consistency and campaign integration
- Trend research : Staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Organizational skills : Planning & time-management
- Latest Trends Awareness : an awareness of current trends in advertising and design
Qualifications
Technical proficiency : Some degree, diploma, certificate course or workshops in video creation / editing are compulsory. It is mandatory to be proficient in video editing softwares (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro X) and understanding video production workflows. Also to have basic knowledge to use graphic designing software & adoption of artificial intelligence in creating of brand content.Key highlights of the job
