Job Summary :

  • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage projects across various departments.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and document project milestones.
  • Facilitate change management and resolve project-related conflicts.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and share lessons learned for continuous Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency with project management software / tools (e. , MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of projects.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is preferred
