Position Overview :
As the CRM Administrator & MIS Executive , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our CRM system to improve customer engagement and sales processes. You will also oversee the MIS to ensure accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support decision-making across the organization. This hybrid role blends technical expertise with data management, providing critical support to marketing, sales, and senior leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities :
CRM Administration :
- CRM System Management : Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Ensure system functionality is optimized for daily operations.
- User Support & Training : Provide support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, answering queries, and training staff on CRM usage to improve user adoption and efficiency.
- Data Quality & Integrity : Monitor and maintain the quality of data in the CRM, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and complete. Implement processes for data cleansing and validation.
- Customizations & Integrations : Work with the IT team to implement CRM customizations, integrations, and automation workflows to meet business needs.
- Reporting & Analytics : Design and run regular reports to monitor customer activities, sales performance, and key CRM metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on CRM data.
MIS Executive Responsibilities :
Data Collection & Reporting : Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and accessible.Database Management : Oversee the MIS database, ensuring data is correctly structured, secure, and easily accessible for reporting purposes.Report Generation & Dashboards : Create customized reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management decision-making. Ensure that reports are aligned with business objectives and user requirements.Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.Collaboration with Departments : Work closely with various departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to gather data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Required Skills & Qualifications :
CRM Expertise : Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.) and an understanding of CRM processes and best practices.Data Management & Reporting : Strong knowledge of data management principles, reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and the ability to create and interpret reports from different data sources.Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with database management, SQL, and CRM integrations. Experience with automation tools and customization of CRM systems is a plus.Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and analysis.Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights.Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to both CRM and MIS systems.Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different teams, explain technical concepts, and provide training and support to non-technical users.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in CRM platforms or data analysis are a plus.Preferred Experience :
