Senior Backend Engineer

We’re seeking a Back End Engineer with experience in Go and Python to help scale our infrastructure and data services.

• We require each candidate to complete coding exercises in either " GO" or " Python."

What You’ll Do

Build scalable back-end services using Go and Python

Design and deploy containerized microservices using Kubernetes

Optimize graph database queries and models in Neo4j

Building scalable AI agents

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Ops

Develop and maintain well-tested APIs with clear documentation

Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, and product planning

Contribute to CI / CD workflows in a cloud-native (GCP) environment

What You Bring - Required Experience

6+ years of backend development experience working at a product-based company

Strong hands-on experience with Go , Python

Experience with Databases as a programmer, i.e., Neo4j, MongoDB, SQL, etc

Experience with Neo4j or similar Graph Databases is desirable

Proficient with API development and testing (REST or GraphQL)

Master's Degree or 5-10 years of relevant working experience

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with React.js or frontend collaboration

Experience with CI / CD & GCP

A mindset of ownership, speed, and high-quality delivery in a startup setting

This role requires that you have 5 + years of experience working with a "SaaS Product."
