Antino Labs - AI / ML Engineer - Data Modeling

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and development of scalable AI / ML solutions across diverse enterprise use cases.
• Architect robust data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment strategies aligned with MLOps best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Prototype and evaluate a range of AI models, including traditional machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI architectures.
• Define and implement rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure model performance and reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay current with the latest AI tools and technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them in current and future projects.
• Set strategic goals, define project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of AI projects aligned with initiative objectives.
• Ensure the teams compliance to Zeniths ethical, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards.
