Job Overview

The on-line service specialist is a crucial role in our organization, responsible for delivering timely and effective support to customer technical queries received from the Australian market.

This position involves providing updates on customer complaints via ticketing tools or other systems.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic products, including power electronics and solar inverters.

• Fluency in English speaking and writing is essential
• Good understanding of power electronics, solar inverters, and PV module fundamentals is required
• Qualification in Electrical, Electronics-Telecommunication (BE / B-Tech / Diploma) is mandatory

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in handling solar string inverters or residing in Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivali.

Ability to join within 15 days is desired but not obligatory.
