Your Role

We’re looking for a Maritime Program Coordinator who combines empathy, design sense, and project discipline to bring our well-being and engagement programs to life. You’ll work at the intersection of psychology, storytelling, and digital communication - shaping initiatives that strengthen connection and morale across our maritime network.

What You’ll Do

Plan, organize, and manage digital engagement initiatives with a strong human-centric approach.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of creative and communication materials.

Collect qualitative insights and translate them into actionable improvements.

Maintain timelines, documentation, and content calendars across multiple ongoing programs.

Use a structured, data-driven mindset to track outcomes and prepare concise summaries.

What We’re Looking For

Background in

psychology, communications, behavioral science, or design.

1–3 years’ experience in

campaign coordination, digital content, or community management.

Strong writing and organizational skills; can turn complex ideas into clear, warm communication.

Proficient with tools like

Canva, Google Workspace, and productivity apps

(Notion or similar).

Self-starter who thrives in a remote setup and balances creativity with accountability.

A genuine curiosity for people, stories, and cultures - especially those working at sea.
