Job Purpose
To lead our Travel Division's sales strategy and execution across multiple geographies. The role involves full P&L ownership , target-driven leadership , and building a high-performing second line to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in travel sales, multi-location operations, and international markets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy for the travel division across domestic and international markets
- Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion in line with business objectives
- Take complete P&L ownership for the travel vertical, ensuring revenue targets and profitability are met
- Ensure effective handling, nurturing, and conversion of leads.
- Monitor the quality of consultants and sales calls through audits and feedback mechanisms.
- Negotiate and close high value deals
- Build, mentor, and lead a strong second line of sales leaders across regions
- Develop performance-oriented sales incentive structures and recognition programs to motivate consultants
- Monitor daily / weekly / monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions where needed
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align offerings with market demand
- Provide regular performance analysis report to management
Secondary Responsibilities

MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management from a reputed institute is preferredExperience : .
10yrs+ of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, multi-location teamsPrior experience managing P&L responsibilities and scaling business operations across multiple regions or countriesStrong background in team development, sales planning, forecasting, and driving performance through structured metricsSkills & Competencies (Must Have)
Proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams across regionsExcellent P&L and financial acumenExceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilitiesAbility to drive performance culture and execute under pressureStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsWillingness to travel frequently across regionsSkills & Competencies (Good To Have)
Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and data analytics tools
