4+ years of IT experience .
Hands-on experience with
BlueConic
or similar
Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) .
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of
customer data management ,
segmentation , and
real-time personalization .
Proficiency with
JavaScript ,
REST APIs , and
tag management systems .
Experience working with
marketing automation platforms
and
digital analytics tools .
Familiarity with
ITIL processes ,
ServiceNow ,
Control-M , or equivalent tools.
Support & Operations
Ability to work in a
24×7 L2 support model .
Strong troubleshooting abilities with a focus on detailed, methodical problem solving.
