Job description

As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and highly professional Business Development Executive to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities, including markets, clients, and partnerships.

Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Ensure client satisfaction to foster repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align business objectives.

Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the SaaS domain.

Build a strong professional network to uncover new opportunities and enhance brand visibility.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Requirements

3 - 4 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on SaaS-based solutions.

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B setting.

Strong understanding of SaaS products, their lifecycle, and customer needs.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.

Basic understanding of AI and its applications in business is a plus.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to lead initiatives.
