Job Role

As an Associate – Delegate Relations, you will play a key supporting role in coordinating communication with event delegates, maintaining data trackers, assisting with research on target audiences, and supporting outreach activities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delegate engagement before, during, and after events. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in events, communications, or client engagement to gain hands-on experience in a global-facing organisation.

• Experience : Minimum 2 years in corporate events, delegate relations or corporate communications.
• Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Location : Ahmedabad
• Role Type : Full-Time
