Job Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with extensive experience in Predictive Analytics and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have around 10+ years of experience and a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and deep learning. In this role, you will design and implement AI models that drive data-driven decision-making and innovative solutions across various applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy advanced predictive models using machine learning techniques to forecast trends, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Generative AI Solutions : Lead the design and implementation of generative AI models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) to create synthetic data, text, images, or other content based on project requirements.
• AI Research & Innovation : Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, including state-of-the-art generative and predictive modeling techniques, to continuously innovate and improve existing systems.
• End-to-End Projects : Work on end-to-end AI / ML projects from data collection, processing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to production deployment.
• Model Evaluation : Ensure model accuracy and robustness by performing rigorous testing and fine-tuning using advanced validation techniques and continuous monitoring.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and data engineers within the team.
