Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MERN Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building scalable web applications and will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle. This role requires a strong proficiency across the entire MERN stack, a passion for writing clean and efficient code, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) stack.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best and Integration :
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and troubleshoot issues across the entire and Process :
• Work closely with UX / UI designers, backend engineers, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Actively participate in code reviews and agile sprint discussions to contribute to team knowledge and project Skills : Experience :
• 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience in MERN Stack Proficiency :
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive and Methodologies :
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines is highly :
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset for effective Skills :
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with other front-end frameworks like Next.js.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment.
