Job Requirements :
Postgraduate degree in Education, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
8 to 12 years of professional experience in programme management, strategy, or consulting rolespreferably in the education or development sector.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.
