Job descriptionPostgraduate degree in Education, Management, Public Policy, or a related discipline. 8 to 12 years of professional experience in programme management, strategy, or consulting rolespreferably in the education or development sector. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver measurable outcomes. Strong analytical, project management, and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and collaborate across multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives across the organisation to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable progress.
- Drive system-wide change in foundational learning through a balance of strategic foresight and disciplined implementation.
- Lead the implementation of the organisations strategy, defining clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.
- Establish and manage monitoring systems to track progress against strategic goals and ensure timely reporting.
- Build organisational capabilities by developing tools, frameworks, and processes to strengthen execution discipline.
- Prepare and deliver strategic updates, presentations, and briefs for both internal leadership and external partners.
