Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing key initiatives across the organisation to ensure alignment, accountability, and measurable progress.
• Drive system-wide change in foundational learning through a balance of strategic foresight and disciplined implementation.
• Lead the implementation of the organisations strategy, defining clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability mechanisms.
• Establish and manage monitoring systems to track progress against strategic goals and ensure timely reporting.
• Build organisational capabilities by developing tools, frameworks, and processes to strengthen execution discipline.
• Prepare and deliver strategic updates, presentations, and briefs for both internal leadership and external partners.
