Data Scientist

Job Title :  Immediate Data Scientist (3+ Years Experience) – Bengaluru

Location :  Bengaluru (Work from Office – Minimum 4 Days / Week)

Employment Type :  Full-time (Third-Party Payroll, Not Contractual)

Experience Required :  3+ years in AI / ML

Educational Qualifications :

o B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

o A master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a specialisation in Deep Learning or Computer Vision is highly preferred.

• Experience :

o 4–6 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in data science

o Proven experience in designing and deploying deep learning models, particularly in computer vision applications such as image classification, object detection, segmentation, and video analytics.

o Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

o Familiarity with Databricks notebooks, ML flow, and Delta Lake for scalable machine learning workflows.

o Experience with MLOps best practices, including model versioning, CI / CD pipelines, and automated deployment.

o Proficiency in data preprocessing, augmentation, and handling large-scale image / video datasets.

o Solid understanding of computer vision algorithms, including CNNs, transfer learning, and transformer-based vision models (e.g., ViT).

o Exposure to natural language processing (NLP) techniques is a plus.

o Strong expertise in the Azure cloud ecosystem,

o Experience working in UNIX / Linux environments and using command-line tools for automation and scripting.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication skills—interpersonal, written, visual (presentations), and verbal.

o Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
