Regulatory & Finance Coordinator
Charyas is building a modular food-tech manufacturing system for functional nutrition bars, clean-label snacks, and exports. We are looking for a detail-driven Regulatory & Finance Coordinator to strengthen our documentation systems, maintain compliance accuracy, and ensure we are always audit-ready. This role is critical for financial hygiene, statutory discipline, and smooth factory operations.
In this role, you will :
- Verify vendor invoices, challans, GRNs and ensure correct GST, HSN codes, and LLP details
- Coordinate monthly compliance : GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, and work closely with the CA
- Maintain and organize all regulatory folders (digital + physical) for FSSAI, APEDA, IEC, FDA, Trade License, and factory licenses
- Track license renewal dates and ensure zero lapses
- Maintain a 3-month regulatory cash-outflow forecast
- Manage full documentation flow : PR → PO → GRN → Invoice → Payment
- Organize calibration certificates, AMC files, and machine purchase records
- Support internal audits with complete traceability
- Coordinate with operations so documentation reflects actual factory activity
- Keep finance folders clean, updated, structured, and always audit-ready
Required Skills & Competencies
GST documentation and return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B)Vendor invoice verification & GRN matchingCompliance and regulatory filing (FSSAI, APEDA, IEC, FDA)Financial documentation using Tally or Zoho BooksUnderstanding of purchase and payment flows (PR, PO, GRN)Strong attention to detail and documentation disciplineAudit preparation and record managementExperience & Qualifications
1 to 4 years of relevant experience in GST, regulatory filings, compliance, or finance documentationB.Com / M.Com / BBA / Diploma in Accounting or FinanceExperience in Food Processing / FMCG preferredFamiliarity with Tally or Zoho Books is highly desirableLocation
