Location : Thane, Maharashtra (Factory : Borivali Tarf Sonale, Sumeet Logistics Park; Office : Thane)

Role Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and representing Agastya as a market leader in flexible containment solutions. This position requires strategic sales skills, a go-getter mindset, and the ability to consistently achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including industries in agriculture, biogas, water storage, and related sectors.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Present product solutions to potential customers, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, engineering, marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits within the Mumbai / National region.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing, technical textiles, or related B2B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing sales environment.
  • Knowledge of flexible storage tanks, biogas solutions, or related products is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
