Role Overview :

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with 4–6 years experience, you will be working for Sorted’s brand clients. Whether it’s brand-aligned visuals for client campaigns, brand posters or Ads creatives, you’ll be the one turning strategy into standout design.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-quality creatives across formats including static posts, ads, banners, reels covers, and campaign assets, ensuring every piece reflects both creativity and strategy.
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to turn ideas into visuals that align with brand goals and performance outcomes.
• Manage multiple brand styles while maintaining consistency, attention to detail, and a high standard of design quality.
• Stay updated on visual trends, motion styles, and performance-driven formats that enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Approach design with strategic intent by connecting visual choices to business and campaign objectives.
• Take ownership of your work from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and ensuring quality across all touchpoints.
• Adapt quickly to evolving briefs, feedback loops, and varied project scopes.
• Contribute ideas in creative discussions and help shape the visual direction for campaigns and brands.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including strategists, writers, and editors to create cohesive, effective campaigns.
• Bring curiosity, self-motivation, and a drive to push the creative bar higher with every project.
