Job Overview
The Project Site In charge / Site Head will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end execution of solar module
manufacturing Plant Set up projects. The role demands strong coordination with MEP, Civil, Safety, Admin, and Compliance teams to
ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution at site and act as the single point of accountability.
- Coordinate with MEP, Civil, Site Safety, Site Admin, and Compliance teams for seamless project operations.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, inspection, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, quality standards, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols.
- Manage site manpower, contractors, equipment, and material utilization efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with statutory / legal requirements (labour laws, permits, safety, and environmental norms).
- Prepare and share daily / weekly site progress reports; escalate challenges proactively.
- Build strong working relationships with contractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Selection and technical specification fixing of material / process required related to civil / electrical project.

Timely Completion – 100% adherence to project timelines.Cost Efficiency – Execution within approved project budget.Quality Standards – Zero major quality defects during or post project.Safety – Zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) incidents and 100% compliance with EHS norms.Compliance – 100% statutory / legal adherence at project sites.Reporting – Accurate and timely submission of daily / weekly site reports.Requirements
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.5–12 years of proven experience in handling large-scale solar project sites.Strong leadership with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams (MEP, Civil, Safety, Admin / Electrical).Knowledge of project management practices, EHS, and statutory compliance.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to relocate and manage multiple project sites.Requirements
Requirements : Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering (as per industry). Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit, SolidWorks, or other design tools is a plus). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
