Operational Excellence Manager

Requirements :

Tracking production plan vs actual.

Tracking planning – material, process, quality & FG

Monitoring production & coordination with the planning department for FG supply

Monitoring entire throughput operations & preparing analytics for management committee insights.

Support stakeholders in regards to production plan & process as well as production issues while working on-line

Prepare data related to entire plant operation – in-process production, raw-material, budget vs actual, costing, packaging & supply chain.

Prepare monthly MIS for management committee

Participate in various forums & seek the data & its action plan.

Qualifications :

Experience – up to 3 years

Education – B.Tech in dairy technology

At least 1-2 years of experience in operational excellence
