Key Responsibilities :
To be innovative, flexible, and quality conscious while delivering on client engagements, candidates, coordinating
with clients, external vendors & connecting with various recruiters / HR, contributing to internal processes of the organisation. To deliver on stretched targets and extended goals as and when required.
1. To brief the Career Transition (CT) program details to the candidates & onboard them for the CT program.
2. Engage with the candidates & manage their emotions, empathise and provide solutions on a week-on-week basis.
3. Working on Brand building for candidates- Resumes, Cover Letters and profiles.
4. Coordination with Coaches to schedule the coaching sessions based on the Coach’s experience and domain / industry.
5. To ensure weekly Candidate interventions, multiple times as required for solutioning and progress.
6. To identify new job opportunities with new or existing clients in the job market.
7. Adherence to internal processes & contribute to internal activities.

2. Multi-tasking skills and quality of work with minimal errors.
3. Capacity to work with a wide variety of individuals, coming from different educational backgrounds.
