Role Overview

We are inviting seasoned experts with deep experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join as Startup Mentors for AI-focused startups in India. This is a non-commercial, voluntary role , designed for leaders who want to give back to the ecosystem by guiding the next generation of AI founders.

Mentors will support early-stage founders with technical expertise, product guidance, and strategic insights , helping them build scalable AI solutions with global relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured mentorship to early-stage AI startups through 1 : 1 and group sessions.
• Guide founders on core AI / ML topics such as model design, scaling architectures, data strategy, and applied research.
• Share insights on product-market fit, go-to-market strategies, fundraising, and scaling AI ventures.
• Bridge the gap between academic research and industry applications in AI.
• Collaborate with other mentors globally to strengthen the StartupNow ecosystem.
