Description : Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations.

As a Senior Product Associate within Card Pricing , you will lead and support key initiatives by collaborating with various teams in the Credit Card organization to understand and define business requirements alongside software engineers. You will promote these requirements through the build, test, and deployment phases. Additionally, you will assist in prioritizing the product backlog and ensure thorough documentation to maintain a robust control environment.

Job responsibilities :

  • Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
  • Exercise strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage competing product priorities
  • Demonstrate s trong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams
  • Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports
  • Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk / control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
  • Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 3+ years of work experience in product development or related field
  • Proven ability to operate of Agile methodology
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Experience in fintech or financial services industry
