Key Responsibilities :
Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech / support functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Digital Transformation, and Delivery Excellence.
Act as a trusted hiring partner to business leaders, understanding role requirements and delivering quality talent.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Engage and influence high-demand candidates, including those under contract, requiring strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive talent mapping and market research.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention) to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Profile & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on non-IT / support hiring.
Proven experience in hiring for Customer Services / BPO roles is a must.
Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and channels.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics.
