Job descriptionInstall, upgrade, and configure database software, ensuring proper version Implement and maintain security features like TDE (Transparent Data Encryption) Monitor database performance and ensure fast, efficient access to data and Ensure databases comply with security policies and standards, including Trust Ensure databases meet recovery goals (RPO and RTO) and maintain high availability Investigate and resolve database problems through a structured problem Optimize performance by performing database reorganizations and automating Forecast database growth and manage storage usage, cleaning up data Design and implement database backup and recovery strategies. Implement database failover technology for reliability. Estimate future hardware needs and user load growth. Deploy new database solutions as needed by the organization

Data Base Consultant
At least 6 years’ experience in database management and RDBMS architecture with in
depth experience in Unix admin and scripting required for database administration. In
addition, good experience in used Data warehousing concepts in analysing and ETL
technologies
