Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Officer based in Raipur. The Admissions Officer will be responsible for guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, evaluating applications, and conducting interviews and aptitude assessments. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with parents and students, addressing inquiries, and supporting international admissions. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and transparent admissions process.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students and families
• Experience in international admissions and a solid understanding of the admissions landscape
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Customer service skills with a focus on addressing inquiries and providing an exceptional applicant experience
• Background in education or familiarity with academic program structures is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in technology tools and platforms used for admissions processes is beneficial
