Your Role
As an Adobe Campaign Classic Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, maintenance, and support of Adobe Campaign Classic platforms for our customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for production issues, system upkeep, and integration-related activities.
In this role you will play a key role in :
- Supporting and maintaining customers’ Adobe Campaign Classic platform.
- Handling tickets in the production environment and ensuring timely resolution.
- Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and implementing permanent fixes.
- Monitoring workflows and taking corrective actions proactively.
- Coordinating system-related activities between users and multiple technical teams.
- Maintaining Adobe Campaign application servers and coordinating with DBAs.
- Understanding and managing integration of Adobe Campaign with other applications.

You are a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic and excellent problem-solving skills. You can work independently, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
