Job Title : US HR Recruiter (Internal Hiring)

Location : Andheri East, Sakinaka (Onsite 5 days a week)

Job Description :

We are looking for a US HR Recruiter to manage internal hiring requirements such as Sales, Business Development Manager, VP of Sales, and Head of Sales roles in the US market.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal positions in the US.

Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), networking, and referrals.

Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, and US hiring processes.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements :

6 months + of experience in US recruitment

Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Must be able to join immediately.
