Job description

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Communication Cloud Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within the Telecommunication domain.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building OmniStudio components, configuring Communication Cloud industry processes, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and implement solutions in Salesforce Communication Cloud (formerly Vlocity Communications Cloud).
  • Develop OmniStudio components including DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
  • Work on industry-specific processes such as Order Management, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and service lifecycle.
  • Integrate Salesforce Communication Cloud with external applications via REST / SOAP APIs and middleware.
  • Automate business processes using Workflows, Process Builder, and Flows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize performance issues across Communication Cloud applications.
  • Maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development / consulting experience.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Communication Cloud / Vlocity Industries experience.
  • Strong knowledge of OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Order Management, and Industry Data Models (CMT).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Cards and Templates.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security (Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets).
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer or OmniStudio Consultant.
  • Experience in the Telecommunication domain (B2B / B2C processes).
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Copado, or Azure DevOps
