Role Overview :

The US Tax Leader will spearhead the India-based team of US tax professionals and play a pivotal role in building, mentoring, and scaling the practice. This position combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and people development, while closely collaborating with US-based stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the India Tax function, ensuring seamless alignment with the US leadership team.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of US tax professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, utilization, and performance management.
• Provide strategic input on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the India team and US offices to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with local management to establish best practices and operational excellence.
• Guide senior team members (Manager level and above) on technical, leadership, and engagement management aspects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
