Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our organization. The role demands extensive on-field presence, client interaction, and proactive market engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensure complete geographic coverage of assigned areas.
  • Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Participate in promotional activities, product demos, and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's / master's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, electronic science, or optometry.
  • Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in field sales preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and target driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and field work.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
