We’re Hiring : Client Success Engineer – Implementation

On site, Hyderabad

As a Client Success Engineer, you will own the design and execution of scalable technical solutions during complex client onboarding and late-stage sales engagements. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging discovery and delivery to ensure long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise clients

Develop and manage complex implementation plans

Handle technical integrations (APIs, data feeds, FTPs) and advanced troubleshooting

Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams

Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements

Build enablement materials such as guides, webinars, and documentation

Requirements

3+ years of experience in client-facing technical roles (SaaS / Implementation / Solution Engineering)

Strong expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP), data feed formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and FTP protocols

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
