Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at Dubey & Dubey Advocates, located in Delhi, India. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal research and support to the firm’s clients, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and preparing case summaries. The role also involves representing clients in court, attending client meetings, and assisting in case strategy and litigation management.

Qualifications

PQE 2-3 years in litigation

Experience with legal research, document drafting, and contract review

Strong understanding of case strategy and litigation processes

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Law degree from an accredited institution and BCI registration mandatory.

Proficiency in legal software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
