Key Responsibilities :
Design Implement And Maintain Salesforcehubspot Integrations To Support Marketing Sales And Customer Success Teams.
Ensure Data Consistency And Synchronization Between Salesforce Crm And Hubspot Marketing Hub.
Build And Maintain Automation Workflows Lead Scoring And Segmentation Strategies In Hubspot.
Collaborate With Marketing And Sales Operations Teams To Enhance Lead Management Campaign Tracking And Pipeline Visibility.
Customize And Optimize Salesforce Objects Reports Dashboards And Automation (Flows Process Builder Apex If Needed). Monitor Integration Health And Troubleshoot Sync Issues Duplicates Or Data Discrepancies. Support Data Migration Clean-Up And Deduplication Efforts Across Both Systems.
Partner With Analytics Teams To Align Reporting Across Platforms (E.G. Attribution Lead Conversion Campaign Roi).
Provide Training And Documentation For End-Users And Stakeholders.
Stay Updated On Salesforce And Hubspot Feature Releases And Recommend Enhancements.
Requirements
57 Years Of Total Crm / Marketing Automation Experience With At Least 3 Years In Salesforce And Hubspot.
Strong Understanding Of Hubspot Marketing Hub (Forms Workflows Email Marketing Lead Scoring Campaigns).
Proven Experience Managing And Troubleshooting Salesforcehubspot Integrations (Native Or Via Third-Party Tools).
Proficiency In Salesforce Configuration (Objects Fields Validation Rules Flows Reports).
Experience With Data Integration Platforms Such As Zapier Workato Mulesoft Or Hubspot Operations Hub.
Understanding Of Lead Lifecycle Management Sales Funnels And B2b Marketing Automation Best Practices.
Strong Analytical Skills With Experience Building Dashboards And Reports Across Systems.
