Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Haryana. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations, offering guidance on product selection, meeting sales targets, and delivering training sessions to enhance customer understanding and drive sales. Reporting and assisting in the implementation of sales strategies are key functions of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in communication and customer service, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience and skills in sales management and training to support team development and growth
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic business needs
• Prior experience in the air cooling or home appliances industry is advantageous
